Wallace lorsqu\u2019il voyageait \u00e0 travers l\u2019etroit passage entre les \u00eeles de waigeo et gam en 1860.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sur les traces de Wallace, nous partons visiter cette \u00e9troite \u00ab rivi\u00e8re sal\u00e9e \u00bb et ses magnifiques \u00eeles pains de sucre ou le temps semble s\u2019etre arr\u00eat\u00e9 depuis le premi\u00e8re passage des de ce grand explorateur il y a de nombreuses ann\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019aventure commence peu apr\u00e8s le petit d\u00e9jeuner, o\u00f9 nous partons en direction de la pointe west de Gam. Citrus ridge, le premier site de plongee regorge de gorgones et coraux jaunes, oranges et roses. Les snorkelers et les plongeurs peuvent y rencontrer rascasses, poissons ange, des bancs de barracuda, des tortues et bien s\u00fbr profiter de ces magnifiques coraux et de la macro faune qu\u2019ils abritent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Puis nous entrons dans \u00ab la baie cach\u00e9e \u00bb ; sans nul doute l un des joyaux des Raja Ampat. De part son entr\u00e9e \u00e9troite et enclav\u00e9e, la baie passe presque inaper\u00e7ue. Une fois \u00e0 l int\u00e9rieur, la baie se transforme en un merveilleux labyrinth abritant coraux mangroves, oiseaux et requins juv\u00e9niles. Nous d\u00e9cidons d\u2019y passer notre interval de surface.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Nous partons ensuite plus au Nord et apercevons enfin le fameux passage. L\u2019\u00e9cologie du passage peut \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme unique et on ne la retrouve nul part ailleurs : un \u00e9troit courant d\u2019eau s\u00e9pare les deux \u00eeles, et se retrouve flanqu\u00e9 de falaises calcaires de part et d\u2019autres. Ressemblant une rivi\u00e8re, les forts courants apportent des eaux riches en nutriments et entretiennent une macro faune et une ecologie unique. Sur terre, les falaises et la mangrove forment un paysage somptueux ; sous l\u2019eau, les gorgones et les \u00e9ponges offrent des sujets extraordinaires pour les photographes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">S\u2019en suit le picnic, puis une belle balade en bateau dans la baie de kabui \u00e0 travers les \u00eeles pains de sucres. Une fois de retour a l h\u00f4tel, ceux qui ont encore de l \u00e9nergie \u00e0 revendre se pr\u00e9parent pour une derni\u00e8re plong\u00e9e de nuit; alors que autres pr\u00e9f\u00e8re profiter
