L\u2019\u00eele se compose de sommets embrum\u00e9s couverts de son end\u00e9mique for\u00eat humide. Nous continuerons en bateau pour traverser la mangrove \u00e9paisse d\u2019une trentaine de m\u00e8tres pour accoster. Puis vous cheminerez le long d\u2019un magnifique cours d\u2019eau d\u2019o\u00f9 vous pourrez prendre des photos de libellules et d\u00e9couvrir des espaces couverts de papillon. Apr\u00e8s 10 minutes de marche nous d\u00e9couvrirons la cascade, cette chute d\u2019eau entour\u00e9e d\u2019une vaste for\u00eat humide est un endroit id\u00e9al pour vos prises de vues. Apr\u00e8s quelques prises d\u2019images nous poursuivrons en amont pour admirer la luxuriante for\u00eat de Batanta, certain de ces arbres sont multi centenaires. Vous pourrez percevoir les chants de diff\u00e9rents oiseaux provenant du sommet des arbres. Dans l\u2019onde cristalline pourront \u00eatre vue de petits poissons et des \u00e9crevisses tapis dans l\u2019ombre. Apr\u00e8s environ une heure de marche nous parviendrons au sommet. La cascade fait environ 80 m de haut. Les th\u00e8mes \u00e0 immortaliser ne manquent pas\u00a0! La Cascade poss\u00e8de un grand bassin naturel avec une eau pure et claire, on peut s\u2019y rafraichir et y nager. Vous pourrez atteindre en nageant derri\u00e8re la cataracte d\u2019eau une baignoire naturelle o\u00f9 vous pourrez s\u00e9journer. L\u2019\u00eele de Wai est l\u2019arch\u00e9type de l\u2019\u00eele paradisiaque. Elle est compos\u00e9e de plages de sable blanc immacul\u00e9 se jetant dans la mer, entour\u00e9es par la jungle. Au sud elle est bord\u00e9e d\u2019un r\u00e9cif ou se trouve la derni\u00e8re \u00e9pave d\u2019un P47 de l\u2019US Air Force. Cinq de ces appareils volaient par tr\u00e8s mauvaises conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques, et les cinq se sont abim\u00e9s en mer mais tous les membres d\u2019\u00e9quipage surv\u00e9curent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019intervention un peu plus tard de la base de Pulau Wai. Vous pourrez plonger sur l\u2019\u00e9pave du P47 qui se situe par 28m, elle est bien conserv\u00e9e et concr\u00e9tionn\u00e9e par de tr\u00e8s beaux coraux. Ce site n\u2019est pas particuli\u00e8rement poissonneux\u00a0par contre le corail est splendide nantis de cr\u00e9atures \u00e9tranges. Plonger sur un avion de chasse de la seconde guerre mondiale reste r\u00e9ellement unique. Pulau Wai \u00e9galement dispose de quelques sites poissonneux praticables en plong\u00e9e ou PMT comme les sites d\u2019Otto et
